Following a recent report regarding her holding “talks” with the company, WWE announcer Kayla Braxton has now addressed the rumors linking her with a move to AEW.
As previously reported, Kayla Braxton is set to be leaving WWE this week after eight years with the company.
A new report has revealed Braxton has been in talks with All Elite Wrestling, which you can read at this link.
On June 24, Kayla Braxton took to social media to comment on her departure and address the AEW rumors. She wrote:
The support from u guys has been overwhelming. I am so thankful for u.But I did wanna make 1 thing clear as I enter my final week in WWE: if I wanted to keep working in wrestling, I wouldn’t be walking away from the largest wrestling company in the world. It remains to be seen what Braxton’s next move will be at the time of this writing.
Braxton has been working without a WWE contract for some time ahead of her impending departure this week.
