There is reportedly no heat on a young WWE star following a botched finish in a recent match on WWE television.

WWE NXT’s second episode on the CW Network took place last night, with the show emanating from The Factory in St. Louis, Missouri.
With the show being in St. Louis, hometown hero Randy Orton made a stop by the show, where he faced off against Je’von Evans in the show’s main event.

Orton ended up picking up the victory over Evans with an RKO, though the finish didn’t go exactly as planned, with Evans messing up the timing of a planned mid-air RKO spot.
In an update from Fightful Select, Evans and Orton rehearsed their spot extensively prior to the show, and there is no heat internally on Je’von for the missed RKO.

Last night’s episode of NXT also featured a title change, with Tony D’Angelo defeating Oba Femi to become NXT North American Champion.
Stephanie Vaquer also made her first in-person appearance on the show, standing at the side of Giulia to fight off Cora Jade and Roxanne Perez.
