An update has emerged on potential WWE plans for a three-way match between The Rock, Roman Reigns and Cody Rhodes.

Rumors about this match were fuelled by the closing moments of Bad Blood, with The Rock making his return to stare down Cody Rhodes and Roman Reigns following the duo defeating Solo Sikoa and Jacob Fatu.
With The Rock not making it entirely clear who he was targeting, many fans have speculated that all three stars will face off at WrestleMania 41, instead of a singles match taking place featuring just two of these stars.
Per WrestleVotes on a Backstage Pass Q&A, this idea has been floated backstage.

WrestleVotes said:
“My thought is it signifies that’s where we’re going for WrestleMania. 1-2-3 as in Triple Threat match. Yeah, I can tell you that’s on the table.
“I don’t know for sure if it’s been finalized in any way. It’s October 8. I doubt it’s been finalized, but that idea has been floated and I think it makes the most sense for the company to get those three guys in the ring.”

Cody Rhodes recently commented on his involvement in the Bloodline storyline, revealing when he expects to move on from the saga.
