The in-ring return for AEW star Britt Baker, has been confirmed on tonight’s July 20 episode of AEW Collision.
After a match between Hikaru Shida and Skye Blue was cut short due to an injury sustained by Skye Blue, Shida had a backstage segment.
In the interview segment, she called out Britt Baker, for a match on the upcoming July 24 edition of Dynamite, which will host this year’s Blood & Guts match.
Shortly thereafter, the match was confirmed on Twitter by Tony Khan, who wrote:

Baker has been out of in-ring competition since September 2023.
Elsewhere on tonight’s AEW Collision, there was a lumberjack match featuring Deonna Purrazzo taking on Thunder Rosa with several women meant to maintain order at ringside.
However, in the end, Taya Valkyrie snuck a turnbuckle wrench to Purrazzo who used it on Rosa behind the referee’s back before tossing it away to get the win.
