Tonight’s first ever AEW Dynamite in the UK also hosted the Dynamite debut of a noted WWE legend’s nephew.

While ‘Dynamite Kid’ Tommy Billington has already appeared on AEW Collision, today in Cardiff, Wales he made his Dynamite debut.
Billington is the nephew of former WWE Tag Team Champion the Dynamite Kid.
After a competitive match, Tommy Billington would ultimately fall to the veteran Chris Jericho.

Jericho did get help from his backup duo of Big Bill and Bryan Keith at ringside for the match.
After the match, HOOK made an appearance in advance of his match against Chris Jericho set for AEW All In London at Wembley Stadium this coming Sunday.
The FTW Championship will be on the line on Sunday, August 25 at AEW All In London 2024 as HOOK challenges Jericho.

HOOK has been out of in-ring action after being hit by a fireball in the face by Chris Jericho.
Despite making a run-in, HOOK  would go on to be choke slammed by Big Bill to end the segment.
If HOOK loses at all, he can never challenge for the FTW Championship again for as long as Jericho is the champion.
