There has been an update on the opponent for Chris Jericho at the upcoming AEW Double or Nothing pay-per-view.

On tonight’s episode of AEW Collision there were three qualifying matches to determine who would advance to an eliminator match on Dynamite, the winner getting a title shot at Chris Jericho.
HOOK defeated Johnny TV to advance first, with the next match featuring Katsuyori Shibata defeating Rocky Romero.

In a third match, Bryan Keith beat Boulder to also advance to the three-way title eliminator match on AEW Dynamite.
On Wednesday’s May 22 episode it will be HOOK vs. Katsuyori Shibata vs. Bryan Keith to determine who will go on to face Jericho at Double or Nothing.

Chris Jericho looks to defend the FTW Championship, which he has rebranded the ‘For the World’ title, as he says it is for the fans now.
It was confirmed tonight on Collision that AEW Double or Nothing is billed as having a ‘triple main event’ including Willow Nightingale vs. Mercedes Mone for the TBS Championship as one of the three.
