Per the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), AEW star Jack Perry has filed more applications for new trademarks.
On Monday (December 11), Jack Perry filed to trademark the terms JURASSIC EXPRESS and A BOY AND HIS DINOSAUR, via Boy Myth Legend, Inc and Michael E. Dockins.
Per the filings, Perry intends for these terms to be covered for the categories of ‘entertainment services’ and ‘ entertainment in the nature of wrestling contests’.
The following description accompanied both filings:
Entertainment in the nature of wrestling contests; Entertainment services, namely, wrestling exhibits and performances by a professional wrestler and entertainer;
Entertainment services, namely, live appearances by a professional wrestler and sports entertainer; Entertainment services, namely, personal appearances by a professional wrestler and sports entertainer;
Entertainment services, namely, televised appearances by a professional wrestler and sports entertainer; Providing wrestling news and information via a global computer network;
Providing online interviews featuring a professional wrestling and sports entertainment personality in the field of professional wrestling and sports entertainment for entertainment purposes
These were both names given to his previous tag-team with ‘Killswitch’ Luchasaurus.
Perry previously filed for trademarks on both his real name and his former ‘Jungle Boy’ ring name on December 5.
Jack Perry hasn’t appeared for AEW since All In at Wembley Stadium, when he was defeated by Hook in the pre-show match for the FTW Championship.
The match featured the now infamous ‘real glass’ spot that led to the backstage altercation that ultimately led to CM Punk being terminated by AEW, and Perry being suspended from the company.
There has been speculation online that Perry may soon re-emerge on AEW television as the mysterious Devil targeting AEW World Champion MJF.
However, that is just fan speculation at this stage.
