Top star and former AEW World Tag Team Champion Swerve Strickland says company morale has been excellent as of late.

Since the events of AEW All Out 2022, there has been much discussion about the morale within the company backstage.
Swerve Strickland signed with All Elite Wrestling in March 2022 and has been able to see both the historic highs and lows for the company since then.

Speaking on the Smooth Vega podcast, Swerve was asked about the current morale in the AEW locker room. He answered:
“Morale has been excellent. I haven’t seen any issues. I haven’t seen issues when morale was said to be down.”
“I had a good time, the people I worked with had a great time. Name a work place that doesn’t have people having issues with what’s going on at their job in their position.”
“People want to get better and move up the card. People want to get more TV time and to be the champion. People want a match with him or a match with her. That’s everywhere,”

Swerve Strickland is set to face Hangman Adam Page in a number one contenders match to determine who will challenge Samoa Joe for the AEW World Title at Revolution on the February 7 episode of AEW Dynamite.
Also announced for the show, Ricky Starks and Big Bill will defend the AEW World Tag Team Championships against Sting and Darby Allin.
Meanwhile, Blackpool Combat Club’s Bryan Danielson, Claudio Castagnoli and Jon Moxley will face CMLL’s Volador Jr., Mascara Dorada and Hechicero in trios action.
