There has been an update on the status of an AEW star amid their ongoing absence from television after being re-signed.

Former Dark Order member Stu Grayson left the company back in 2022 after his contract with the company expired.
Grayson’s departure was met with some fan backlash at the time, before Khan eventually re-signed him in March 2023.

Following him being re-signed, Grayson went on the leave the Dark Order to join up with the Righteous on ROH, but has not wrestled for AEW since a dark match on August 30.
In an update from Fightful Select, Grayson is still under contract to AEW according to those in the company that Fightful spoke to.

As for his current absence, Fightful was also not given any specific reason for him not appearing in recent months.
Grayson has been wrestling on the independent scene in that time, his last match being against Lince Dorado at Evil Uno’s Mystery Wrestling event on February 4.
We will provide more information on Grayson’s status as it becomes available.
