Former AEW Women’s World Champion Toni Storm has been announced for another singles match away from AEW.
As was previously announced, Storm teamed with Mina Shirakawa to face off against Mayu Iwatani & AZM at today’s (September 28) STARDOM event.
This was ahead of Storm challenging to Iwatani’s IWGP Women’s Championship on the October 5 show.
Storm has now been announced for a match in another promotion, with CMLL revealing that the Timeless one will be in action at the October 11 CMLL event.
Toni Storm will face off against La Catalina, who previously wrestled for WWE as Katrina Cortez.
CMLL announced this match at Friday’s Noche de Campeones show. CMLL has since taken to Twitter to write:

La Catalina/Katrina Cortez wrestled for WWE from October 2019 to October 2021. While she mainly wrestled for NXT, she also competed on 205 Live, Main Event, and on the November 11, 2019 Raw episode.
Storm hasn’t wrestled for AEW since losing her Women’s World Championship to Mariah May at All In London on August 25.
