AEW star MJF has given a harsh farewell to Bryan Danielson as the latter says goodbye to the full-time era of his in-ring career.
After the end of AEW WrestleDream 2024 saw Bryan Danielson stretchered out of the arena in front of shocked fans, former opponent MJF has sent his “well wishes”.
MJF took to Twitter to share a photo of himself and Danielson during the brutal and bloody Iron Man match between the pair with a succinct yet fitting tribute.
MJF wrote:
Good career I guess.

Last night’s conclusion to AEW WrestleDream 2024 not only saw Danielson lose the AEW World Championship to Jon Moxley, but then be further battered by former protege Wheeler Yuta in a final betrayal.
Earlier in the night, MJF had made his return to AEW after having been off of television since AEW All Out where he beat Daniel Garcia in a match.
While MJF came out to the ring to interrupt Garcia (who had interrupted Jack Perry’s post-match attack on Katsuyori Shibata), he would also end up being subject to an interruption.
The returning Adam Cole came to the ring to stop MJF from further battering Garcia with Cole later being within the melee of AEW babyfaces who ran out to the ring in a futile effort to save Bryan Danielson.
MJF was notably out of action after All Out as he was filming a role for the upcoming Adam Sandler film, Happy Gilmore 2.
