After being out of in-ring action since August 2022, the in-ring return for former AEW Women’s World Champion Thunder Rosa has finally been revealed.
Former AEW World Champion Thunder Rosa has returned to AEW television on tonight’s Collision after being out of action for over a year.
After being out of action since August 2022, Thunder Rosa made a return to AEW television on Collision, first with her being shown on camera at the Spanish language commentary desk and later a run-in.
After Abadon had a match against Jazmin Allure which Abadon won easily, the arena lights cut off as Julia Hart appeared in the ring.
It was then that Skye Blue also emerged when the pair officially aligned, joining forces to attack Abadon.
However, Thunder Rosa made the run-in save, zooming into the in-ring fracas from her seat on commentary to help save Abadon.
Later in the show it was announced by Tony Khan on Twitter (and echoed on commentary) that Thunder Rosa would be making her in-ring return on next week’s Collision.
Next Saturday, December 23 in her home town of San Antonio, Texas, Thunder Rosa will be teaming up with Abadon to face Julia Hart and Skye Blue.
This will also mark the first tag team effort between Blue and Hart as it seems House of Black continues to recruit even more new members on Collision.
