The nephew of a WWE legend has made a return to AEW, marking his second appearance in All Elite Wrestling this year.

“Dynamite Kid” Tommy Billington, the nephew of The Dynamite Kid, made his return to AEW on tonight’s July 13 episode of Collision that was taped on July 10.
Don Callis on commentary noted that he was scouting Billington, despite the fact he was facing Don Callis Family member, Konosuke Takeshita.
In the end, the Dynamite Kid did lost the bout against Takeshita as the latter picked up the pinfall victory.

After the match though, Don Callis complimented Billington, introducing himself and praising his “tremendous effort”.
Callis would go on to reference his own mentor, Bad News Allen who was also close with Billington’s uncle, the original Dynamite Kid.
With Callis offering him a spot in the Don Callis Family, he extended a handshake to Billington who would shake his hand, but also tell him, “Kiss my arse”.

With Billington having effectively rejected a spot in the Don Callis Family, Takeshita and Callis would go on to wage a beatdown on Billington, calling out Kyle Fletcher to join as well.
That is until the beatdown was interrupted by the return of FTR – Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler.
