The AEW World Championship match for Bryan Danielson at WrestleDream 2024 has been made official on the Grand Slam edition of Dynamite.

The main event match between Darby Allin and Jon Moxley was poised to confirm which of them would challenge Danielson at WrestleDream.
While Allin had previously won the title shot in the Royal Rampage, Moxley challenged him for the number one contendership, and in the end, came away victorious.
After Moxley’s win, Bryan Danielson would appear and pounced on Moxley, choking him out with a tie, and despite the fact Marina Shafir began applying her own choke hold on Danielson, he didn’t let go until Claudio Castagnoli and Pac forced him to do so.

While the brawl was taking place, it was confirmed that the Danielson vs Moxley title match will take place at AEW WrestleDream on Saturday, October 12.
Komander, Alex Abrahantes and Private Party came out to assist Danielson and together they chased away Moxley, Castagonli, Pac and Marina Shafir.
Danielson grabbed a microphone told Moxley that he now “declares war” as it seems the former Blackpool Combat Club allies are accumulating soldiers for battle.

It was then revealed at AEW Collision Grand Slam this Saturday, Komander and Private Party will challenge Claudio Castagnoli, Pac and Wheeler Yuta for the AEW World Trios Championship.
Yuta was not involved in tonight’s segment as the past couple of weeks have seen him unsure of who to align with – Danielson or Moxley.
