The Forbidden Door is well and truly open for Pro Wrestling NOAH.

The Japanese promotion announced today that another All Elite Wrestling star will be involved in The Great Muta's retirement match, revealing that Darby Allin will team with Sting and Muta at Great Muta Final Bye-Bye on January 22 inside Yokohama Arena. Their opponents will be revealed at a later date.
The event will be available live with English commentary on Wrestle Universe and FITE TV.

Sting previously revealed that he was trying to get Darby Allin to come with him to Japan for Great Muta's final match. It was revealed following Rampage: Grand Slam in September that Sting would be involved in the retirement match after Muta made the save for his long-time friend and rival in The Icon and Darby's match against Buddy Matthews and Brody King.
Sting and Darby Allin have been aligned in All Elite Wrestling since Sting's debut in December 2020. They have teamed together several times since and remain undefeated as a tag team, recently overcoming Jeff Jarrett and Jay Lethal at Full Gear on November 19.
WWE will also be involved in Keiji Muto's retirement tour as Shinsuke Nakamura will go one-on-one with Great Muta on January 1.
