Former WWE star Matt Hardy has broken his silence following his return to TNA Wrestling following his departure from AEW.

While Hardy was offered a new AEW contract, the wrestling veteran allowed his deal with the company to expire in early April, with Hardy noting that he planned to explore all options available to him.
Matt Hardy made a surprise return to TNA Wrestling at Saturday’s (April 20) Rebellion pay-per-view, attacking TNA World Champion Moose.
Hardy notably brought back his “Broken” persona, leading the crowd in delete chants.

The popular star has now taken to Twitter to comment on his TNA Wrestling return. Sharing the video of his comeback, Hardy wrote:

The System is a faction featuring Moose, Eddie Edwards and Brian Myers. Edwards and Myers, the current TNA Tag Team Champions, watched Hardy attack Moose from the entrance ramp.
Prior to this appearance, there had been speculation about Matt Hardy potentially returning to WWE under the Triple H regime.
