Former TNT Champion Sammy Guevara has commented on the possibility of a ROH run, now that ROH TV has returned.
The first episode of the ‘new era of honor’ aired on Thursday (March 2) via HonorClub. With the weekly TV show back, many have been curious about the level of crossover that there will be between ROH and AEW.
Speaking with MuscleManMalcolm for The Sportster, Sammy Guevara noted that he’s not expecting to visit ROH anytime soon.
Open to anything in the future, Guevara said:
“I mean, I already competed for the (ROH) World Title, so we’ll see.
“Never say never, but I am signed to AEW. My goal is to be the World Champion.
“So that’s kind of where my sights are set at the moment. But hey, the future is always open.”
While Guevara is more interested in wrestling in AEW, he explained that he doesn’t want to compete at the upcoming house shows AEW has lined up.
