A current WWE star has claimed he is soon to be a free agent and is set to depart the company later this week.
There has been a lot of talk online about Brooks Jensen and his recent situation with WWE and NXT, and now Jensen has commented further.
Responding to a comment wondering what he was up to right now, he replied:
I’m actually celebrating that I’ll be a free agent this Friday!! Pop the champagne

He’s also changed his Twitter name from Brooks Jensen to his real name, Ben Buchanan.
Fightful has consistently reported that the scenario playing out with Jensen is just a storyline, and we did actually see him on NXT TV last Tuesday, as he was shown very briefly on camera confronting the announce team before he was pulled away by security.
The storyline is that Jensen has been frustrated with how he’s been used in NXT, and because he voiced his displeasure – and perhaps due to the manner in which he did it – he was kicked out of the WWE Performance Center and barred from WWE shows.
He showed up at one specific untelevised live event with a sign criticizing the booking of Shawn Michaels, potentially setting up a storyline with Michaels similar to the Michaels/Grayson Waller storyline in 2023.
Jensen recently made an appearance for Bull Pen Professional Wrestling, which is run by his father, former WWE star Bull Buchanan.
We’ll keep you posted with any further updates.
