Major frustration within WWE following last night’s episode of SmackDown in Madison Square Garden has been revealed.

Last night’s SmackDown show in Madison Square Garden was considered a major success by both the company and fans, with the show being sold out and featuring a reduced set.
However, the show had a lot of criticisms online, specifically from those watching the feed on FOX.

The show was heavily censored and edited on the network, with chants and other moments being muted and edited out of the show.
Per Fightful Select, there was frustration by several WWE sources regarding the heavy censorship and editing on SmackDown.

One long-time WWE talent not featured on the show saw a tweet from Fightful about being excited for SmackDown moving back to the USA Network, saying:
“It’s a chore to watch sometimes. I understand censoring ‘f**k the Pacers,’ but it feels like every segment is edited and it makes us look like it’s our production.”
