WWE Women’s World Champion Liv Morgan has addressed her reunion with Raquel Rodriguez at Bad Blood 2024.
Morgan defended her gold against Rhea Ripley during the October 5 premium live event, with Dominik Mysterio suspended in a shark cage during the bout.
The match ultimately ended via disqualification after a returning Raquel Rodriguez attacked Rhea Ripley.
During a post-show interview, Liv Morgan stated that she did exactly what she said she’d do.
Believing that Ripley has met her match in Rodriguez, Morgan said:
“We’re not going to be answering any questions right now, but what I will tell you is I did exactly what I said I would do.
“I beat Rhea Ripley, not because I’m bigger, not because I’m stronger, but because I’m smarter. But do you know who is bigger and stronger than Rhea Ripley? Raquel Rodriguez.”
Priest defeated Finn Balor at Bad Blood, following Balor costing him his World Heavyweight Championship at SummerSlam.
Ripley challenged for Liv Morgan’s Women’s World Title on the show, but the match ended via DQ after a returning Raquel Rodriguez attacked the challenger.
