WWE WrestleMania 41 location update

Following a massive hint recently dropped at the Minnesota House of Representatives hearing on March 6, Fightful Select has confirmed that it is in fact Minnesota who is the current front runner for hosting the Grandest Stage of Them All.
According to sources Fightful spoke to, Minnesota are “working on the assumption” that next year’s WrestleMania will be landing in their state, with hopes of an official announcement in the coming weeks.
Despite “people of influence” in Minnesota believing they are set to secure WrestleMania 41, WWE would not confirm this to be the case as of yet.
Interestingly, there is also the potential that Minnesota’s loose-lips regarding WrestleMania since as far back as April 2023 – where they leaked they were a finalist to stage the event – could potentially cost them “leverage” in the race to stage the event – something that has happened in the past.

Minnesota Governor Tim Walz recently dropped yet another tease once again at a recent event, in which he said:
“This is the place to be. Those are the things we need to be doing. So, for all of you attracting folks here, attracting conventions. Whether it’s coming up with the USA Gymnastic Trials or the US Junior Hockey Championships.
“And we’re not going to forget WrestleMania and things like that. (crowd laughs).
“You know, when they told me that, I’m like, oh, but want to know best about this? (points to the crowd) That thing is a $20 million dollar impact in the local economy. It’s big.”

Although Fightful notes “anything can happen” until an official announcement is made, one other rumored location for WrestleMania 41: Las Vegas, seems to be looking less likely.
The belief is that if Vegas was set to host the event, the announcement would have been made at the WrestleMania 40 Kick-Off press event that took place there on February 9.
If Minnesota does end up securing its spot as WrestleMania 41’s host, the likely location will be the Minnesota Vikings’ U.S. Bank Stadium.
