A top WWE star has celebrated hitting yet another major milestone in their historic championship reign.

GUNTHER has been no stranger to making history in 2023, first breaking both the all-time Royal Rumble single appearance duration record back in January.
Then in September, GUNTHER would officially surpass the Honky Tonk Man’s 454 day record to become the longest Intercontinental Champion ever.

While some stars have lost their titles shortly after breaking similar records in the past such as Bianca Belair earlier this year and The New Day back in 2016, the Austrian looks intent to solidify his reign and make it as unreachable as possible in the future.
Posting to Twitter, GUNTHER celebrated yet another milestone as he reached his 500th day as champion on October 23.

Since securing his history-making status GUNTHER has gone on to defend his title twice more on WWE TV, first against Tommaso Ciampa on October 2, and then against ‘Big’ Bronson Reed two weeks later on October 16.
As of right now it’s unclear who will be next to step up and attempt to finally dethrone the Ring General, but perhaps we will get a better idea on the upcoming edition of Raw from Dallas, TX.
