The results for the April 24 episode of WWE RAW are as follows:

In-Ring Segment: Cody Rhodes
Cody Rhodes comes out and gets a big pop from the Chicago crowd. He asks the fans what they want to talk about. He turns his attention to Brock Lesnar attacking him on the April 3 episode of WWE RAW and calls it a humiliating experience. Cody takes his shirt off and throws it into the crowd. He points to the scar from the surgery on his torn pectoral. Cody turns to the camera and dares Lesnar to pick a spot and put another scar on him. He says that the scar was a reminder that, even with a torn pectoral muscle, he still beat Seth Rollins in a WWE Hell in a Cell match. Cody thanks the crowd for supporting him that night.
Finn Balor interrupts and recalls how Cody had Roman Reigns beat, but he got screwed. Balor says Cody trusted the wrong man when he teamed up with Lesnar, and he needs to be smarter. Finn tells Cody a match with Lesnar is one that he can’t win by himself. Balor says that Rhodes and The Judgment Day would be unstoppable together. He hypes up the members of the group and tells Cody to let them help him. Rhodes says he appreciates the offer, and he extends a handshake as he turns down the offer. Balor tells Cody that you’re either with The Judgment Day or against them, so he should watch his back. Cody reveals that he has been cleared to compete, and he challenges Balor to a match.

The Bloodline (The Usos & Solo Sikoa) vs. The LWO (Santos Escobar, Cruz Del Toro & Joaquin Wilde)
The Usos and Sikoa take control early on, as they isolate Wilde. The LWO rallies and gains the upper hand. Sikoa overpowers Wilde and tips the momentum back in his team’s favor. Wilde fires up with a DDT. Escobar clears house with a flurry of offense. Jimmy and Escobar trade blows. Wilde hits an acrobatic dive. Jey slams Escobar into the ring post. Sikoa plants Wilde with a slam onto the apron. Jimmy distracts the referee, and Sikoa hits Wilde with the Samoa Spike. The usos hit Toro with the 1D for the win.
Winners: The Bloodline (The Usos & Solo Sikoa)
In a post-match promo, Jimmy Uso vows to win the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championship on WWE SmackDown, and the duo dedicates the win to Roman Reigns.

WWE RAW Women’s Champion Bianca Belair is asked about her upcoming title match against IYO SKY. Damage CTRL (Bayley, Dakota Kai, and IYO SKY) interrupts. Kai challenges her to a match, and Bayley dares Belair to find her own partners. Belair accepts, so the match is set.

Backstage, Jey Uso is on the phone, and he runs into Sami Zayn, who questions his decision to dedicate the match to Roman Reigns. He wonders what would happen if The Usos lost and notes that it wouldn’t be good. Zayn says Uso deserves better than that. Uso says Zayn made his choices, so he shouldn’t worry about what’s happening in The Bloodline.

A video package recaps Irish Stratus turning on Becky Lynch and her explanation.

Backstage, Trish Stratus is asked about Becky Lynch’s absence, and the WWE Hall of Famer recalls how Lynch told her she was having a hard time balancing being a mom and a top star. Stratus says she could see Stratus cracking from the pressure, and she felt the need to take Lynch out. She claims that, now, Lynch owes her a thank you.

The Street Profits (Montez Ford & Angelo Dawkins) vs. Cedric Alexander & Shelton Benjamin
Ford takes the fight to Benjamin. Alexander and Benjamin double-team Ford and gain the upper hand. Dawkins tags in and immediately takes charge with an electric flurry of offense. Dawkins hits the Silencer for a two count. Ford hits a Frog Splash for the win.

In-Ring Segment: Triple H
Triple H comes out to make an announcement that will “rock the foundation of WWE.” The crowd gives him a warm welcome. He says he had the privilege of competing for the fans during his days as a WWE Superstar. Triple H recalls defending the WWE Championship against John Cena at WWE WrestleMania 22. He says he has the privilege of ensuring that WWE can be all it can be for years to come. Triple H brings up Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns, who is nearing 1,000 days as the champion. He hypes up Reigns’ impressive run and says he is “that damn good.” Triple H notes that Reigns wisely negotiated himself into a position where he didn’t have to defend the title as frequently. He says that may be great for Reigns, but WWE and the fans deserve more. Triple H recalls how he said that the WWE Draft would change WWE, and he announces that Reigns will take the title with him to whichever brand drafts him. Triple H says the other brand will determine a new champion at WWE Night of Champions. He introduces a new version of the World Heavyweight Champion says the new champion will be someone the WWE Universe can be proud of.

Backstage, Damian Priest, alongside Finn Balor and Dominik Mysterio, sends a heated message to Bad Bunny ahead of the popular rapper’s return.

Backstage, Jimmy Uso asks Jey Uso what’s wrong, and he questions what’s going to happen if they don’t win the titles. Jimmy gets upset when Jey says he’s been talking to Sami, as he tells his brother to leave him alone. Jimmy tells Jey to stay focused, and he says they’re going to win the gold on Friday.

Bianca Belair, Liv Morgan & Raquel Rodriguez vs. Damage CTRL (Bayley, Dakota Kai & IYO SKY)
Belair and SKY square off in the opening stretch of the bout, and they’re evenly matched. Kai tags in and gets suplexed. Rodriguez and Morgan double-team Kai and Bayley. Damage CTRL takes control and isolates Morgan. Rodriguez makes the hot tag and clears house. Rodriguez and Morgan take out Bayley and Kai. KAI escapes the KOD. Belair pins Bayley with the KOD.
Winners: Bianca Belair, Liv Morgan & Raquel Rodriguez

In-Ring Segment: WWE United States Champion Austin Theory
Theory welcomes everyone to “Austin Theory Live” and brings up his upcoming title match against Bronson Reed and Bobby Lashley at WWE Backlash. He looks over at the new World Heavyweight Championship and says the title should be around his waist. Theory says he has earned it, but instead he has to compete in a match where he doesn’t have to get pinned or submitted to lose his titles. Bobby Lashley interrupts and wonders when Theory is going to step up and accept every challenge that comes his way. He says he knows how tough Theory is, but he doesn’t think Austin himself doesn’t know.
Lashley questions whether Theory is lazy or scared. Theory fires back by taking a shot at Lashley’s lack of a match at WWE WrestleMania 39. They brawl, and Bronson Reed gets involved. He and Reed double-team Lashley. Theory hits Lasley with the A-Town Down. Reed attacks Theory and hits the Tsunami. Reed poses with the WWE United States Championship.
Elias and Rick Boogs are backstage, and Chad Gable explains the rules of the draft to Boogs. Gable says he has ensured that Alpha Academy will stay together in the draft. Maxxine Dupri says she has made sure that she will go wherever Otis goes in the draft. Mustafa Ali shows up and tries to spread some positivity. He takes a shot at Gable to set up a match.

Mustafa Ali vs. Chad Gable (with Otis and Maxxine Dupri)
Gable and Ali feel each other out and go back and forth. Gable briefly gains an advantage. Ali kicks him, but the former tag team champion drops him with a suplex. Ali spikes Gable with a DDT. Ali counters the Chaos Theory into a roll-up for the win.
Winner: Mustafa Ali

Backstage, Jimmy Uso confronts Sami Zayn and tells him The Usos are going to take back what’s theirs. Uso questions whether Owens would forget all of the times Zayn betrayed him if they lost. He says Owens will turn on Zayn once they lose, and he’s going to deserve it.

Finn Balor vs. Cody Rhodes
Balor and Rhodes square off and battle for positioning. Rhodes hits a gut-buster and gains the upper hand. Balor ducks a charge from Rhodes, sending Cody chest-first into the ropes. Rhodes rallies and plants Blair with a snap powerslam. He hits the Disaster Kick for a two count. Balor briefly takes control, but Rhodes rocks him with a superkick and hits the Cody Cutter for a two count. Balor blasts Rhodes with a shotgun dropkick. Rhodes dodges the Coup de Grâce. Balor counters the Cross Rhodes. Rhodes hits the Pedigree before he gets the win with the Cross Rhodes.
Winner: Cody Rhodes

In-Ring Segment: Seth Rollins
Rollins comes out and says he would have talked about his match with Omos at WWE Backlash, but something bigger has caught his eye. He exits the ring and walks towards the World Heavyweight Championship, which is on a podium at ringside. Rollins says he wants to fight, and the title is an opportunity to fight. He calls the championship an opportunity to push the industry forward. Omos, alongside MVP, interrupts. MVP praises Rollins but says it’s his responsibility to get Omos giant matches, and a win over Rollins would be huge. He warns that Rollins might not have much of a future after WWE Backlash. Rollins squares off with Omos and calls him the most powerful force in WWE. He says Omos is once in a generation because he’s born that way, whereas he made himself a once-in-a-generation talent because he made himself one. Rollins says he’s not scared of Omos, and he’s going to make him famous at WWE Backlash.
Backstage, Kevin Owens questions Sami Zayn about his whereabouts. Zayn says he was talking to The Usos, and Owens asks him why. Owens says it’s too late for The Usos, and they deserve whatever happens to them. He tells Zayn to focus on the titles, and he walks away. Matt Riddle brings up his history with Randy Orton in RK-Bro and says that, like he and Orton, Owens and Zayn are bros. 
The broadcast team announces that Brock Lesnar will appear on the May 1 episode of WWE RAW.

Damian Priest vs. Rey Mysterio
Mysterio takes the fight to Priest, who overpowers him. Priest gains more momentum with a gutbuster. The camera pans to a car pulling up backstage, and Bad Bunny steps out. Priest continues to dominate. Rey rallies but Priest takes control again. Priest goes for a chair, but Rey stops him. Mysterio goes to the top rope, but Priest throws a chair at him to force the disqualification.
Winner via disqualification: Rey Mysterio
Priest attacks Mysterio after the bell. Bad Bunny makes the save as he comes out with a kendo stick. He repeatedly hits Priest until the Judgment Day member escapes. Bad Bunny reveals that he is no longer hosting WWE Backlash; instead, he will be facing Priest in a Street Fight.
