Punk says it looks like hell froze over. He’s standing in a WWE ring on Monday Night Raw. Punk says he has been searching for the words to describe how he feels. This isn’t going to sound like him, and it’s corny, but it’s the truth: he’s home. This is where he belongs. After ten years, the WWE Universe never forgot him. The people never stopped chanting his name. Punk is a changed man. Punk says he’s back because he loves the WWE Universe. He wishes he could say he never had to leave but once upon a time, a wise man once told him he would have to go and come back.
Punk hates to say it, but he was right. It’s been all love backstage; everyone has welcomed him back with open arms. Well, almost everyone. Some are afraid because they don’t understand. Everyone here wants to be the best in the world, but he hasn’t been here in 10 years. The best in the world is standing in the ring and his name is CM Punk. Punk’s music plays. Punk leans into the camera and says he’s back and he’s not here to make friends. He’s here to make money. Then, the show fades to black.
