In-Ring Segment: Trick Williams
Williams grabs a mic and tells Pete Dunne to get to the ring so he can catch this beatdown. NXT Champion “All Ego” Ethan Page walks out on the stage instead. Page says since he successfully defended his title he should open the show. Page quips that Williams may not know anything about that since he only successfully defended his title once.
Willams says he was a man of his word and called the title match at No Mercy right down the middle. Williams is going to deal with Dunne, and then he wants his title back. Page laughs at Williams and says he may not even make it to the NXT on the CW premiere in a few weeks. Pete Dunne tries a sneak attack from behind. Williams ducks and lands a few strikes. Referees hit the ring and separate both men.
Backstage, Hank and Tank get into an argument with Gallus over who is going to win the number one contenders match for the tag team titles. Jaida Parker makes her way into the arena and runs into Fatal Influence. Nyx makes fun of Parker for losing at No Mercy. Parker wants a match with Nyx tonight.
Number One Contender’s Match: The Rascalz vs. Hank and Tank vs. Gallus w/Joe Coffey
Triple threat rules, so three men in the ring at the same time for this one. Miguel gets lawn darted into the corner by Hank. Wolfgang breaks up the pin. Wolfgang and Mark double team Hank. Miguel rolls back in and send Wolfgang flying with a rana. Miguel lands a meteroa to Hank. Mark breaks up the pin. Miguel catches Hank with a dropkick. Wentz gets a blind tag and surprises Mark with a superkick.
Miguel and Wentz double team Hank. Mark breaks up the pin after a clutch basement dropkick combo by the Rascalz. Hank and Tank clear the ring. After the break, Hank and Tank set up their finish on Mark. Joe Coffey hops up on the apron. Je’Von Evans runs down to ringside and attacks Joe. While the referee is distracted, The Good Brothers attacks Hank and Tank. Wentz and Miguel crush Hank with a Meteora/Swanton combo for the win!
Winners and NEW Number One Contenders, The Rascalz!
Lexis King vs. Oro Mensah w/Jakara Jackson and Lash Legend
Mensah unloads on King with strikes. King goes down. Mensah blasts King with a basement lariat to the back of King’s neck. King kicks out. Rolling heel kick by Mensah. King escapes under the bottom rope and tries to leave by hopping the barricade. Mensah catches King and powerslams him off the barricade. Mensah tries a springboard.
King pushes Mensah off the ropes. Mensah lands on the floor with a thud. King works over Mensah. King bad mouths Mensah’s father while working him over in the corner. Mensah goes nuts and unleashes a flurry of punches. The referee pulls Mensah away. King double legs Mensah and pins him with his feet on the ropes for the win.
Winner- Lexis King
Mensah chases King to the back as soon as the bell rings.
Tatum Paxley vs. Rosemary w/Wendy Choo
Rosemary and Paxley trade takedowns. Rosemary dropkicks Paxley into the ropes. As Choo looks on, Rosemary traps Paxley in a rope hanging triangle. Rosemary works over Paxley. Paxley fires up and gets a near fall after a leaping elbow drop. Paxley tries a corner splash. Rosemary catches Paxley and sends her flying with a fallaway slam. Paxley reverses a slams by Rosemary into a rolling driver for the win.
Winner- Tatum Paxley
After the match, Choo attacks Paxley. Paxley starts to get the better of Choo, Rosemary spears Paxley out of her boots. Choo and Rosemary stomp Paxley. Lyria Valkyria makes a surprise save, hitting the ring and clearing it out. Paxley and Valkyria hug.
Trick Williams vs. Pete Dunne
Willams and Dunne tear into each other before the bell rings. Williams whips Dunne into the barricade. Dunne stumbles around the ring as Williams lights him up with chop after chop. Dunne rolls into the ring. The refere rings the bell. Williams lifts Dunne in the air with a choke. Dunne reverses it into an armbar. Dunne works over Williams’ arm and hand. Williams tries to fire back, but Dunne stomps on his elbow. Dunne works over Williams.
Williams surprises Dunne with a popup uppercut. Dunne rolls out to the apron. Williams sets up a Bookend off the apron. Dunne slips out and crotches Williams on the ring apron. Dunne draps Williams over to the ring steps. As Williams lays there motionless, Dunne stomps on Williams head. After the break, Dunne continues his assault. Williams fires up and lands a leaping clothesline. Dunne eats a leg lariat. Flapjack by Williams.
Ethan Page is show watching the match from the back. Dunne dives off the top into a Bookend. Kick out by Dunne. Dunne slips out of a slam and lands a German suplex. Dunne stomps on Williams’ hands. Williams cuts Dunne off as he goes up top. Sunset flip powerbomb by Dunne. Dunne sets up the Bitter End. Williams reverses it into a inverted suplex.
Williams stomps on Dunne’s hands and lands a cyclone boot. Dunne falls out of the ring. Williams and Dunne fight up on the barricade. Williams sets up a Bookend off the barricade. Dunne reverses it into a Russian leg sweep off the barricade through the table. The bell rings. The referee has counted out both men.
Double count out
Williams and Dunne both start to stir. Williams decks Dunne. Dunne and Williams unload on each other. Security and referees fight to separate Dunne and Williams.
Je’Von Evans vs. Joe Coffey w/Gallus
Evans is all over Joe, landing a flurry of strikes and a dive to the outside. Joe catches Evans in midair and lands a rolling senton into a Vader Bomb. Evans is sent into the ropes by Joe, but Evans bounces off the ropes and lands a head kick. Evans is sent of the ring. Wolfgang and Mark set up an attack. Cedric Alexander runs down to the ring and takes out Wolfgang and Mark. Evans lands a dive, taking out all of Gallus. Evans lands a spinning splash on Joe for the win.
Winner- Je’Von Evans
Oba Femi vs. Stacks w/The D’Angelo Family
Femi tosses Stacks all over the ring while eyeballing Tony D’Angelo at ringside. Stacks fires up and land a dropkick. Femi lands a nasty running elbow strike. Tossing powerbomb by Femi. Femi lands another powerbomb for the win.
Winner- Oba Femi
Backstage, Wren Sinclair gifts Je’Von Evans a Heritage Cup Championship Match, much to champion Charlie Dempsey’s chagrin.
Jaida Parker vs. Jazmyn Nyx w/Fatal Influence
Parker’s ribs are still taped from her match at No Mercy. Parker lands a flurry of strikes. After a distraction from Henley, Nyx takes control. Nyx works over Parker’s injured ribs. Parker fires up and flattens Nyx with the teardrop hip attack. Parker lands Hipnotic for the win.
Winner- Jaida Parker
After the match, Fatal Influence attacks. Parker. Parker fights valiantly, but the numbers win out. Nxy leaves Parker laying after a Pelé kick.
In-Ring Segment: NXT Women’s Champion Roxanne Perez
Perez gloats over her victory against Jaide Parker at No Mercy. Perez reminds everyone that she is going to break every record in NXT. No one has what it takes to take this championship from Perez. When the smole clears, it’s going to be Perez holding up the championship. Chelsea Green’s music hits. Green asks if they were expecting someone else. Perez says well, actually, yes. Green makes fun of how the crowd smells.
Green declares herself the number one contender, and no one is going to tell her any different. Giulia’s music hits. Giulia slowly saunters to the ring. Green takes a swing at Giulia. Giulia blocks it and drops Green with a nasty elbow. Green sways as Giulia destroys her with a knee strike. Perez clutches the her championship as Giulia grabs Green’s mic. Giulia says, “Me, You, CW.” and drops the mic.
