There’s something of an update on how WWE views Jey Uso after moving him over to the Raw roster as of this past week.

During Payback on Saturday, September 2, Cody Rhodes announced that he’d used his ‘pull’ backstage bring Jey back after he ‘quit’ the Bloodline, SmackDown, and WWE all together a few weeks ago.
Jey instantly becomes one of the most popular babyface singles talents on the Raw brand, and it seems WWE recognizes that.
Only a couple of weeks ago, WWE made updates to its website banners for Raw, SmackDown, and NXT, which feature six talents for each show, so they essentially tell you which six people WWE sees as the biggest stars of each show.

The updated Raw banner featured Gunther, Rhea Ripley, Cody Rhodes, Becky Lynch, Seth Rollins and Ricochet.
Despite only being updated recently, the banner has now been updated again, with Jey Uso replacing Ricochet, as you can see below.

Obviously a picture on the website isn’t the be all and end all, but it is an indication that WWE now sees Jey as one of the biggest stars on Raw.
In case you were interested, the SmackDown banner features (from left to right) Rey Mysterio, Charlotte Flair, Roman Reigns, Bianca Belair, LA Knight and IYO SKY, while NXT’s has Tiffany Stratton, Roxanne Perez, Carmelo Hayes, Bron Breakker, Gigi Dolin and Dominik Mysterio.

You can see the images below, showing that nothing has changed since the last update other than Jey replacing Ricochet:
