On tonight’s WWE Raw, the winner of the 2024 men’s Elimination Chamber Drew McIntyre revealed that he suffered an injury during the match.

Making an appearance in an in-ring segment on tonight’s WWE Raw (February 26), McIntyre touched on a variety of topics before being met by Seth Rollins.
McIntyre noted that he suffered a ruptured eardrum during the Elimination Chamber match, going on to joke that when someone in medical suggested he could perhaps miss WrestleMania 40, he had a retort at the ready.
Asking, “Who do you think I am? CM Punk?”, he pledged that he would absolutely not be letting any injury prevent him from taking on Seth Rollins at WrestleMania 40.
McIntyre went a step further, sitting down in the ring in signature CM Punk ‘pipe bomb’ style to continue to tout his WrestleMania 40 future plans.

Seth Rollins would then join McIntyre in the ring, and Drew would deliver a logical concern to Rollins regarding his continued involvement with the Bloodline.
Pushing back that he would not be satisfied winning the WWE World Heavyweight Championship with interference from the Bloodline, referring to it as “ruining my moment”, Drew urged Seth to stay away from Cody Rhodes’ SmackDown drama.
You can see more from their exchange below.

Elsewhere on tonight’s WWE Raw, WWE Women’s World Champion Rhea Ripley came face-to-face with her WrestleMania 40 opponent Becky Lynch in an in-ring segment.
By the end of the segment, Nia Jax had made a surprise attack on Becky Lynch.
Later in the show, Lynch returned the favor, attacking Jax during her match against Liv Morgan.
