There has been a spoiler on a planned interpromotional surprise for tonight’s WWE Royal Rumble event in St. Petersburg.
The 2024 Royal Rumble event is set to take place tonight, with the annual men’s and women’s Rumble matches set to take place.
There has been multiple potential spoilers today about potential entrants in the match, and a new report says that WWE is once again set to open the Forbidden Door.
Per PWInsider Elite, current TNA Knockouts Champion Jordynne Grace is set to appear in the match as a surprise.
PWInsider was told by WWE sources that they and TNA came to an agreement on her appearance.
Grace is set to be billed as the ‘Knockouts World Champion’, and is set to have her TNA theme song and video graphics as part of her presentation.
This appearance will be Grace’s WWE debut, though she is currently signed to a long-term deal with TNA, so wouldn’t be her leaving TNA to join WWE, but rather WWE creating an outside the box moment to surprise the audience, much like when Mickie James entered the 2022 Women’s Rumble match as the reigning Knockouts Champion.
