Jack Perry and the Young Bucks have broken their silence after the stunning attack on AEW CEO Tony Khan to end tonight’s AEW Dynamite.

Released by AEW on social media, the clip features comments from the Elite after the attack on Khan in the ring, sharing their rationale
They said:

Jack Perry: “You took eight months of my career, and you just got what was coming to you.”
Matt Jackson: “When we came back, we said we were here to put AEW back on track. It’s time to change the world, and what you just saw out there unfortunately for Tony, the best boss I’ve ever worked for by the way, that was just us trying to get this place back to what it was supposed to be. And that was our final play. The Elite has arrived.”
Nick Jackson: “Matter of fact Matthew, this is the best version of The Elite.”

Before the attack, Perry and Khan had shaken hands after it appeared that Tony accepted Jack’s sentiments and agreed to reinstate him to the company, but it all turned out to be a plan by Perry and the Elite.
Elsewhere on the show, Jon Moxley beat Powerhouse Hobbs to retain the IWGP Championship and afterwards was confronted by a new challenger.
Konosuke Takeshita signaled to Moxley that he wanted the next shot at the top title in NJPW.
