AEW’s CJ Perry has shared a gruesome photo after recently undergoing surgery for a potentially fatal infection that hospitalized her.
Perry had recently revealed that “a small splinter can turn into a deadly infection” when revealing the severity of her condition.
The infection was serious enough to cause her to miss her CMLL appearance on December 15 AEW Collision on December 16.
She has kept fans up to date with her condition on social media, sharing photos as she was being treated for the infection.
Her latest update includes a gruesome photo that is definitely not for the squeamish and can be seen below this news story.
The photo shows multiple deep cuts to CJ Perry’s infected finger.
In the message that accompanies the image, Perry also provided an update, writing:
