WWE World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins has now hit a new milestone amid his historic title reign.

Rollins is recognised as the inaugural WWE World Heavyweight Champion. After Triple H introduced the belt in April, a tournament was held to crown the first titleholder.
Seth Rollins and AJ Styles met in the tournament finals at Night of Champions on May 27, with Rollins ultimately walking away with the gold.
Rollins has now hit 100 days with the title. As this is the inaugural title reign, Rollins is the only star to have done so as of writing.
Over the course of the past 100 days, Rollins has defended the gold against the likes of Damian Priest, Finn Balor, and most recently Shinsuke Nakamura.

The Visionary faced off against Nakamura in the main event of the September 2 Payback premium live event.
After the show went off the air following Rollins’ victory, Nakamura attacked the champion, indicating that this feud is far from over.
Rollins isn’t the only star making history with WWE gold, as GUNTHER is days away from breaking the all-time Intercontinental Title reign record.

Before he breaks the record, GUNTHER will have to defend his Intercontinental Championship against Chad Gable on Raw.
Elsewhere in WWE, following Finn Balor and Damian Priest’s WWE Tag Team Championship win, Balor is now recognised as a WWE Grand Slam champion.
