WWE has officially announced the signing of former AEW TBS Champion Jade Cargill, following her AEW exit.

Cargill recently finished up with AEW with her contract expiring on September 15, and she was removed from the AEW roster page on September 18 – the same day PWInsider reported she was in Orlando for WWE.
WWE has now confirmed that Cargill has signed a multi-year deal with the company. It was also revealed that Cargill will officially begin training at the WWE Performance Center today (September 26).

The following statement was shared on WWE.com:
STAMFORD, Conn., September 26, 2023 – WWE today announced it has signed Jade Cargill to a multi-year contract. The news was first reported by ESPN.
Cargill, a standout performer who has earned accolades as an industry-renowned talent, will begin training today at the WWE Performance Center in Orlando

Cargill made her wrestling debut with AEW, teaming with Shaquille O’Neal in her first ever match to defeat Red Velvet and Cody Rhodes in March 2021.
The rising star amassed an impressive singles record, with Cargill not pinned for 60 straight matches, before suffering her first ever pinfall loss to Kris Statlander at Double or Nothing in May.
Cargill’s most recent in-ring outing saw her unsuccessfully challenge for Kris Statlander’s TBS Title on the September 15 edition of AEW Rampage.
