Will Ospreay’s NJPW contract expires in February 2024 and WWE reportedly has interest in signing him to a contract as negotiations kick in.

It was recently reported that Ospreay has hired Barry Bloom to handle contract negotiations, with Fightful Select stating that his next move would lively be “heavily financially motivated” at this point in his career.
In a recent interview, Ospreay revealed that the possibility of a move to WWE was “on the table.”
He would also comment that he is “open to all options going forward.”

Speaking on Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer revealed the level of interest from WWE, saying:
“I know WWE is absolutely after him and he is absolutely going to listen to WWE.
“WWE is very, very interested in him. Everyone is, and they should be.”

A positive experience at IMPACT Wrestling has also led to speculation that he could sign with the company that is being rebranded back to TNA.
During his match against Mike Bailey at IMPACT Wrestling Bound for Glory, Ospreay gave a nod to AJ Styles.
Ospreay’s latest AEW match was on the October 1 WrestleDream pay-per-view, where he, Konosuke Takeshita and Sammy Guevara beat Chris Jericho, Kenny Omega and Kota Ibushi.
