William Regal has made his first WWE appearance since departing AEW last year as he makes a big announcement on social media.

After earlier reports were questioning the validity of a recent tease, it seems that an NXT star making a big international appearance has now been confirmed.
With none other than William Regal making the announcement, it was revealed that it would be Charlie Dempsey making an appearance at All Japan Pro Wrestling on January 3, 2024.
Making his first appearance on camera since returning to WWE from AEW, it was Charlie Dempsey’s real life Father that made the announcement on behalf of NXT.

NXT would in fact be sending a representative to the upcoming All Japan Pro Wrestling show on January 3 and it would be Charlie Dempsey.
Speaking for the first time publicly about the fact that he is in fact, Dempsey’s Father, Regal was proud to send his talented son to Japan to show them that ‘real European wrestling’ is still alive and well.
You can check out the entire announcement below.

After having left AEW, Regal was reportedly under a clause which saw him unable to appear on camera for WWE for one year after exiting AEW.
With recent note that year time-frame was soon elapsing, we’ll have to stay tuned to see if Lord Regal makes any WWE television appearances in the future.
