Popular WWE star Cody Rhodes wants to become the face of the company on his journey to “finishing the story.”

Cody Rhodes has created an unbreakable bond with the WWE fanbase unlike anyone else on the roster today since returning in 2022.
Despite coming up short against Roman Reigns at WrestleMania 39, Rhodes has maintained his status as the company’s top babyface with a good majority of fans still invested in his quest to “finish the story.”

In a new interview with Justin Barrasso of Sports Illustrated, Cody Rhodes discussed how becoming face of WWE is another level he has yet to attain. On the milestones he has achieved on his journey, Cody said:
“The milestones keep building,”
“We keep climbing to new levels. Now the question I keep asking myself is, ‘Who is the face of the place?’”
“That’s what I want. That’s another level I need to attain. Hopefully, that starts at the Royal Rumble.”

Cody Rhodes will compete in the 2024 Men’s Royal Rumble match. If he is able to win, Rhodes will become only the fourth man to win the titular bout two years in a row. The current three are Hulk Hogan, Shawn Michaels and Stone Cold Steve Austin.
