WWE star Charlotte Flair has continued to show off her impressive rehabilitation journey after having suffering an injury requiring surgery.
Posting another impressive workout video on social media, Charlotte Flair continues to showcase her journey back to in-ring competition after suffering a major injury.
Despite tearing her ACL, MCL and meniscus during a match with Asuka in December 2023, Flair has been showing great strides in her recovery thus far.
Keeping fans updated on her progress via social media, Charlotte posted a video you can see below where you can see her amazing display of strength.
Of note, another currently rehabbing star has been spotted doing exercises without his sling.
CM Punk is set to appear on this week’s episode of Monday Night Raw in his hometown of Chicago, Illinois after being out of action since Royal Rumble.
During the Royal Rumble match, CM Punk tore his triceps muscle and also had have surgery.
Punk has recently noted that Charlotte Flair is one of his rehab inspiration, even going so far as to call her ‘his spirit animal’.
