A top WWE star has been spotted at the Performance Center amid her recovery from a torn ACL injury.

As WrestleMania 40 approaches, one stalwart of big matches at the Grandest Stage of Them All is sadly forced to sit on the sidelines with injury.
14-time world champion Charlotte Flair suffered a torn ACL during a match with Asuka on the December 8 edition of WWE SmackDown, ruling her out of action for the foreseeable future.
While the injury was projected to keep Flair out of the ring for around nine months, she did recently reveal that she was ahead of schedule in her recovery.

The progress Flair has made in her absence was wholly evident in her latest social media post, which shows that she has begun doing sprints once again.
In the video, Flair can be seen running at the WWE PC in Orlando, FL – an impressive feat given she is still less than four months since her knee surgery.
You can check out Flair’s post down below.

Another injured top WWE star CM Punk recently named Flair his “spirit animal” as he too continues his own recovery from a torn triceps.
Punk has remained a presence on WWE TV during his recovery, which Flair has not.
