Xavier Woods addresses recent WWE heel turn tease

The match comes after Woods snapped at Mysterio backstage following The New Day’s loss to American Made on WWE Raw.
As can be seen below this news story, Mysterio attempted to calm the tensions between Woods and Kingston.
Woods didn’t take kindly to the comments, noting that Mysterio wasn’t interested in him as he isn’t a former WWE World Champion.

With the September 30 episode of WWE Raw, seeing Woods taking on Mysterio for the first time ever, the New Day member has commented on the match, tweeting:

The tweet was accompanied by a short training video featuring Woods and saw a reply from Mysterio who tweeted:
