Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson made an appearance at tonight’s WWE Raw Day 1 and made a major Roman Reigns reference.
In what WWE’s own socials called a ‘mic drop moment’, The Rock not only verbally jousted with Jinder Mahal but also, mixed it up in the ring a bit.
However after he was done delivering the People’s Elbow to Mahal, he got back on the microphone to ask San Diego an important question.
Saying he was likely going out to eat tonight, should he sit in a booth, at the bar (to which they cheered and he responded, ‘The Rock likes a bar too’) or ‘the Head of the Table?’ inspiring gasps from the crowd.
Stay tuned to see if a reference to Roman Reigns leads to the long rumored showdown between Roman Reigns and The Rock becoming reality in 2024.
To punctuate the actual canonical merit of the comment, Michael Cole then asked aloud about the final phrase that alluded to Roman Reigns.
