WWE NXT star Tiffany Stratton has been officially called up to the main roster and announced that she signed with the SmackDown brand.

In a backstage segment on tonight’s WWE SmackDown, there were two big announcements from the WWE women’s division.
First, returning star Naomi was shown exiting Nick Aldis’ office, where she was greeted by Michin, Shotzi and Bianca Belair who she had exciting news for.
Revealing that she had just signed a contract with SmackDown, Naomi was officially back on the blue brand.

While she was greeted with excitement from the trio of established SmackDown stars, they were shortly joined by a less pleasant presence.
NXT star Tiffany Stratton then joined the group, noting that she too had just signed to the SmackDown brand and wondered where her applause were.
While she immediately stepped to Bianca Belair, telling Belair that she had no problem coming for the “baddest on SmackDown”, she then delivered a smack to the face of Michin who stood nearby.

While Stratton dashed off, Nick Aldis held the women back from pursuing her however Michin made it clear that she expected to get her chance to deliver a receipt to the newest member of the SmackDown women’s roster, and there’ll be a match between the two tonight.
It’s notable that Stratton has joined the SmackDown roster despite her real-life partner Ludwig Kaiser being on the Raw brand, with WWE usually looking to keep partners together.
