There has been some concern that Drew McIntyre suffered an injury during his WWE Elimination Chamber match on the road to WrestleMania 40.

The Scottish Warrior punched his ticket to the Show of Shows on Saturday (February 24) by winning the six-man #1 contender’s Elimination Chamber match.
Following the bout, WWE confirmed that McIntyre is slated to challenge for Seth Rollins’ World Heavyweight Championship at WrestleMania 40 on April 6-7.
Speaking on WWE The Bump following the match, McIntyre noted that he was struggling to hear out of one ear after getting hit in the head.

McIntyre said:
“I can barely hear the words after getting hit in the ear so hard. It’s fine. I said I would do whatever it takes, not just for me but for everybody else.
“Every superplex, every dive off the cage, every power bomb in the back of my neck was worth it.”

McIntyre went on to discuss his plans for the lead-up to WrestleMania, to read his full comments, click here.
Neither McIntyre nor WWE have officially announced an injury.
