Current WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion Sonya Deville is set to be ‘out indefinitely’ with a torn MCL.

Deville suffered the injury during her and Chelsea Green’s recent match against Bianca Belair and Charlotte Flair on SmackDown back on July 28.
The injury will require surgery, with Sonya set to be out indefinitely.

Per TMZ, WWE is set to address the future of the Women’s Tag Team Championship on tonight’s episode of Raw (August 7).
There is said to be no timetable on her return from injury.

Sonya and Chelsea won the titles from Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez on July 17, the first championship of Sonya’s WWE career.
WWE were said to be high on the pair, with them hoping that Deville and Green could help ‘stabilize’ the division following several short title reigns.
We wish Sonya a full and complete recovery from her injury.
