A new update has emerged on WWE’s plans for Jade Cargill, with the talent seemingly pulled from a big match.

It was previously reported that WWE had plans for Jade Cargill to compete in the women’s Elimination Chamber match.
These plans appear to have changed, as per PWInsider Elite, Cargill was “no longer slated for” this match at the February 24 premium live event as of yesterday, February 13.
According to this report, the original plan was for Jade Cargill to enter and win the previously announced battle royal on the next episode of Raw to earn the last spot in the women’s Elimination Chamber bout.
The report noted that Cargill is scheduled to be at this Friday’s (February 16) SmackDown taping, with the February 23 episode also being taped then.

It was pointed out that WWE could always pivot again with Cargill’s plans ahead of the double taping, but as of yesterday, “Jade Cargill is no longer slated for the Women’s Elimination Chamber on 2/24 in Perth”.
Cargill made her WWE in-ring debut in the 2024 Royal Rumble match, where she contributed to the eliminations of Naomi, Becky Lynch and Nia Jax.
The women’s Elimination Chamber match will determine the star who will challenge for the Women’s World Championship at WrestleMania 40 in April.

While Ripley currently holds the Women’s World Title, she’ll be defending her gold against Nia Jax at Elimination Chamber.
As of writing, Becky Lynch, Bianca Belair and Liv Morgan have qualified for the Chamber match.
