A WWE star claims that Drew McIntyre is “long overdue” a beating ahead of an anticipated match on Monday Night Raw (January 22).

Since turning heel towards the end of 2023, The Scottish Warrior Drew McIntyre has made his fair share of enemies in his quest to become the World Heavyweight Champion; ranging from Jey Uso to the newly returned CM Punk.
His most recent rival however, is someone who he interestingly teamed with back at Survivor Series: War Games; that being Señor Money in the Bank Damian Priest; with his possession of the briefcase causing issues for McIntyre.
On the Day 1 edition of Monday Night Raw, Priest attempted to cash-in his contract during McIntyre’s World Heavyweight Title match with Seth Rollins.

The Scotsman later returned the favor however, preventing Priest from cashing-in during last week’s Raw main event between Rollins and Jinder Mahal (January 15).
Naturally this leads to a grudge match between the two heavyweights on the January 22 edition of Raw, in a match that is particularly hard to call for fans.
Tweeting ahead of the match a highly confident Priest sent out a word of warning to McIntyre, claiming that he’s had a beating coming for quite some time.

Priest said:

McIntyre is one of only six confirmed entrants in the 2024 men’s Royal Rumble match, with Priest yet to declare entry as of yet.
One would expect that to change, however, Priest may have another eye on the reportedly injured World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins, as he prepares to address his future with the title in the opening to this week’s Raw.
