Don Callis has reacted to Sammy Guevara’s heel turn at AEW Dynamite: Grand Slam.
At AEW Dynamite: Grand Slam 2023, Chris Jericho defeated Sammy Guevara in a teacher vs. student battle.
After the bout, both men embraced in a hug, but when they separated, Guevara low blowed Jericho in a callback to Jericho’s memorable clash with Shawn Michaels at WrestleMania 19.
With Jericho down, his former friend Don Callis came down to the ring and officially showed his allegiance to Sammy Guevara following his betrayal.
On September 21, Callis took to social media to post a photo of himself and Sammy with a simple caption to welcome the former three-time TNT Champion to the Don Callis Family. He wrote:

After Guevara’s betrayal of Jericho, Don Callis announced that he and Sammy would explain his actions on this Friday’s AEW Rampage: Grand Slam.
