Lance Archer certainly made an impression on his opponent on the October 18 episode of AEW Dynamite and he’s now reacted on social media.

Archer made his return to AEW, having last been seen at July’s Battle of the Belts VII, to face Barrett Brown.
His last AEW Dynamite appearance was back in June 2022 where he teamed with Chris Jericho in a losing effort against Hiroshi Tanahashi and Jon Moxley.

Highlights from the match can be seen below this news story, with the Murderhawk Monster living up to his name against Brown.
Archer’s entrance (which can be seen in the tweet below) saw him “kicking his opponent to the ring” as noted by Justin Roberts on ring announcing duties.
Roberts didn’t stop there, with him also taking a pause as he introduced Archer as Brown did a dive through the ropes.

Archer commented on his return match on Twitter, writing:

And, that’s something that Archer definitely did do at the Rosenberg, Texas show.
The match may have had a twenty-minute time limit, but Archer was able to put Brown away just over one minute.
