Announced for an upcoming AEW Battle Of The Belts XII, a title eliminator match pitting an AEW World Champion against a potential foe.
In a backstage segment on tonight’s AEW Dynamite, Mariah May wondered aloud who even was left to challenge her for her AEW Women’s World Championship.
However, her question would not go unanswered for long as Anna Jay arrived on the scene to immediately challenge May.
Later in the show it was confirmed that at the upcoming AEW Battle of the Belts, Mariah May would face Anna Jay in an eliminator match by which if Jay wins, she earns a title shot.
The special edition of Collision is set to be filmed tomorrow, Thursday October 17 and will be aired this Saturday.
While the event is noted to be a Battle of the Belts edition, so far there has not been additional title matches or eliminators confirmed.
