An AEW faction seemed to be recruiting a new member on tonight’s episode of AEW Rampage (October 27).

After the grudge match between Mike Santana and Ortiz opened up the show, it would eventually be Santana who picked up the victory.
After the match, Ortiz still refused to shake Mike Santana’s hand and as the winner left the ring, out ran Sonjay Dutt.

Seemingly attempting to recruit Ortiz after the defeat, Dutt was persistent in his attempt to support despite Ortiz’s protests.
After signaling multiple times that he didn’t want to leave with him, Ortiz eventually seemed to give in, perhaps slightly open to hearing what Dutt had to say – perhaps an indication of Ortiz joining Dutt’s group along with Satnam Singh, Jay Lethal, and Jeff & Karen Jarrett.

Elsewhere on tonight’s episode of AEW Rampage, the AEW Trios Champions the Acclaimed announced they would be celebrating ‘National 69 Day’ in honor of their championship reign hitting 69 days on next week’s episode of Collision (November 4).
Also Abadon beat Anna Jay, Willow Nightingale and Skye Blue to win a title shot at Hikaru Shida’s AEW Women’s World Championship on tomorrow night’s AEW Collision (October 28).
