AEW star Darby Allin has revealed that he suffered a real-life injury during his match on AEW Dynamite that has radically changed his future plans.
Reported by TMZ as well as posted by Darby Allin himself, the daring star will be postponing his planned trip to climb Mount Everest.
Darby Allin took to Twitter to share a photo of the TMZ story including an X-Ray showing three of the bones in his foot are clearly fractured, and also had an update on his upcoming climbing quest.

The TMZ article notes that despite the spot to end the segment where the Bullet Club Gold seemingly crushed his ankle with a steel chair and bat, it was actually a different spot that saw Allin pick up an injury.
A front flip earlier in the match saw Allin land awkwardly and injure his foot however he continued to wrestle for another 10 minutes.
Darby Allin vacated the AEW World Tag Team Championship after the retirement of Sting as the pair retained the title at AEW Revolution.
