Another major WWE star who has recently re-signed with the company following the TKO merger has been revealed.
It’s contract season in WWE, and a number of major names have been locked down to extensions in recent weeks.
Two of those names were Rey and Dominik Mysterio, whose extensions were reported last night, but another major WWE star also recently inked a new deal with the company, and a rather significant one.
Per Fightful Select (subscription required), Charlotte Flair also recently agreed to a contract extension with the company, set to keep her with WWE for several more years.
Charlotte was actually the first contract extension since the TKO merger, with it reportedly happening before Rey and Dominik’s reported new contracts with the company.
On top of that, Fightful has also reported that the contract is a ‘huge money increase’ over he previous deal, and one of the highest paid deals to a woman in WWE history.
Charlotte’s deal was also said to have included a travel bus, which are becoming more common among pro wrestlers recently.
Charlotte recently suffered a major knee injury, with her set to undergo surgery to repair her ACL, MCL and Meniscus, which will keep her out of action for around nine months.
